♥️ Gerald declared him on radio this week as being the best in the race, and today SKYHOOK proved it! The $10m Group 1 Golden Eagle 🦅

A huge thank you to all the team at home including his track rider Shane Karlsson, our awesome group of owners, Chad and of course, Kerrin McEvoy.

A track record. 7 wins, all at Group level. A son of Written Tycoon, bred by Arrowfield. Doesn’t get much better than this!

And congrats to our charity partner Breakthrough T1D Australia with a chunk of prize money heading their way for vital Type 1 Diabetes research 👏

“He travelled really strongly behind the strong tempo and I was able to find the back of one of the main chances and he took me right into the race. It was good to see the horse do the rest.” - Jay Ford.
