Putt For Dough (AUS) was sold on Bloodstockauction.com on October 11th 2022 as Vermeulen (AUS).

Bernie commented that he wanted to change the horse's name because he thought "Putt For Dough had a better ring to it." 😁

The name change also brought with it a lot of dough, over $40,000 in prize winnings to the lucky owner. An 8 fold return on investment from the purchase price of $5000! 😲

Putt For Dough is by Encosta De Lago (AUS), one of Australia's best racehorses and sires, Encosta De Lago previously stood at Coolmore Stud.

Congrats to Bernie and Putt For Dough!

We'd also like to congratulate Putt For Dough's trainer Mick Attard and jockey Jean Van Overmeire on their successes.
