With recent weather conditions SASH have seen a rise in tick cases, and we have seen a few patients presenting this week with ticks attached

✅ It is so important to provide year round tick prevention for your cat or dog. There are many preventive options from monthly, quarterly and annually, including oral, topical and injectable applications.

📣Merewether Veterinary Hospital is proud to sponsor one of our own Veterinary Nurses as she takes on Dementia Australia’s Memory Walk and Jog at the end of May
This is a cause close to many hearts with thousands (over 446,500) estimated to be living with the disease in Australia alone.

Alongside her, some of our team will be running the event, with vets Karen and Annabel all locked in for the 9.5km fun run, to help raise funds for research 🏃‍♀️‍➡️
