We recently had the pleasure of hosting two final year students from the University of Sydney’s School of Veterinary Science. 🩺🐾 Jade and Tiffany spent 4 weeks working with our vets and honing the skills required for their veterinary career. Well done girls -You are going to be fabulous vets! 🐱💛🐶

Tanks, the sweet little Kelpie X, came in for his very first vaccination today 💉 He was very brave and absolutely stole our hearts! 🥰

Gentle wake-ups, full of love. 💛 Head nurse Ashleigh was there with plenty of cuddles for Ash the Foxie during her anaesthetic recovery after her recent dental procedure. A gentle touch (and lots of love) helps every patient wake up feeling safe. 🐾

Meet beautiful Belle! 💕 This sweet senior girl came to see us recently because she was struggling with her mobility — standing up after resting was tough, and her walks were getting shorter and shorter.

Thanks to the wonderful care of Dr Mikaela, Belle started a four-week-course of joint-support injections — and the results have been incredible! Two weeks in, she’s standing up with ease, is moving more freely and is happily walking the entire block again.
Belle’s owner says her quality of life has improved dramatically in just a fortnight, and you can see the difference in her personality and the happiness in her face.

As a Best for Pet member, her ongoing check-ups with Dr Mikaela are included, meaning her progress is monitored every step of the way.

We’re so thrilled to see Belle enjoying her walks, and life, again! 🐾💖

Sweet Ginny the Golden Retriever popped in to have her sutures removed after her recent spey surgery 🐶✨ Lots of tail wags and treats were involved, of course! She’s doing well and was all smiles for her visit! 💛

Beautiful Belle visited us today for her senior wellness check 🐶 She’s 13 now, but her tail hasn't slowed down one bit and was wagging throughout her check-up! 💛

Belle's owners recently signed her up to our Best for Pet wellness plan, which means her consult and blood test today was completely covered, saving them the out-of-pocket costs. The plan includes things like unlimited vet visits, yearly vaccinations, and a routine blood test (just to name a few!)- which is a big help when it comes to staying on top of health and wellness as our pets get older.
We love seeing seniors like Belle living their best lives. 💕

Today we said a big thank you and goodbye to our lovely vet student Isabella, who’s been with us for the past three weeks completing her placement! 🩺🐾
Isabella has been a huge help during her time here — assisting our vets in consults and surgery, providing gentle care and comfort to our patients, and helping to keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.
Thank you Isabella — we’ll miss your calm presence and capable hands around the clinic. Wishing you all the very best for your next chapter- it's been a pleasure having you! 💛💐🍰

🎉🐾 We’re incredibly proud to introduce the newest member of our team—Eve—who has just graduated Veterinary Nursing! 🎂🎓

Eve is already making a wonderful impact at New Lambton Vet Clinic, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her on board. Her passion for nursing shines through in everything she does, especially when it comes to ensuring every pet receives the very best care.

While she enjoys many aspects of the role, Eve has a particular love for assisting in surgery and loves being hands-on in the theatre.

At home, Eve has a 1.5-year-old Golden Retriever named Peaches, who’s mostly outgrown her teenage antics (with the occasional cheeky moment!). In her downtime, you’ll likely find Eve and Peaches at the beach—Peach’s favourite place to let loose and run wild.

We’re so grateful to have Eve on board and can’t wait for you and your pets to meet her! 🐶💙
