Bathing too soon after surgery can:
• Increase the risk of wound infection
• Weaken or disrupt sutures and skin glue
• Slow down healing by exposing incisions to moisture
• Cause issues with bandages or dressings

After surgery, wounds need time to stay clean, dry, and undisturbed while healing begins.

⏳Full bathing is avoided until healing is well underway and your vet gives the all-clear.
