A shoutout to our friends at Woodend Hawks Basketball Club Sunbury Saints Basketball Club Lions Basketball Club Sunbury Rupertswood Basketball Club v2 Romsey Lancefield United Basketball Club who have kindly agreed to wear their clash jerseys (where possible) to allow every Bulldog to play in blue today. That is what community sport is all about.

Vale Ross Coats

The Gisborne Bulldogs Basketball Club committee, players, and families are deeply saddened to hear of the tragic passing of Ross Coats.

Ross spent many seasons coaching our junior boys and girls, and he was exactly the kind of coach every parent wants for their child. He focused on the fun of the game and made sure every player felt seen and supported. Ross was also a dedicated supporter of our community as a sponsor through his business, Johnson Wills International.

Our hearts go out to Rachelle, Ashton, Addison, and their extended family. The Bulldogs family stands with you during this incredibly difficult time.

We will be honouring Ross during Round 1 - details to follow.

🐶 BULLDOGS TAKE OVER BALLARAT! 🏀
We are beyond thrilled to see such a huge contingent of our Gisborne Bulldogs heading to Ballarat this weekend for the U14 Country Championships!
There are simply too many names to list—which is an absolutely amazing! It’s a true testament to the hard work of our players, coaches, and families.
If you are looking for something to do this weekend then head over to Selkirk Stadium in Ballarat and cheer on the Bulldogs players.
