Thanks Shane and Felicity for entrusting me with your dogs, Roxy, Jake and Charlie. They were all a pleasure to wash even Jake with his anxiety, he did settle down pretty well.

Misty the rag doll also came in and also had some serious matting but she was also a very obliging cat and so I also managed to fix her up in no time. It must feel so good to have all those tight matts removed from her fur
