Are you thinking about starting a career within the veterinary field?
We are looking for our next Veterinary care assistant to work alongside our dedicated team of vets and nurses.
This position will have you working with a variety of pets and wildlife while our experienced team teaches you how to feed, handle, exercise, medicate, wash and care for them!
General cleaning is vital part of this position that you will be required to take part in.
The position is a paid role with approximately 10-12 hours a week, including after school hours and alternating Saturdays.
This could be your gateway role into the veterinary industry, as the right applicant will have the opportunity to be supported through a school based traineeship or post-graduate studies.

After 43 years of dedicated service to the veterinary industry and 31 of those spent at MCVH, Peter has decided to retire from Marlin Coast Vet Hospital.

We are incredibly grateful for Peter’s contributions and hard work and he will be greatly missed. Join us in wishing Peter all the best for this next chapter.
