The Young Animal Protection Society (YAPS) is an incorporated non-profit organisation that exists to shelter and protect homeless, unwanted dogs and cats.
(394)

YAPS has a "no kill" policy that allows each animal the time to find the right family. The purpose of Yaps page is, with the help of the community, "spread the word" about the dogs and cats available for adoption. The animals that come through the shelter somehow know they are getting a second chance and will love you for life! So why buy a puppy or kitten from a pet store when you can find your ultimate companion here?
