Here's a simple off-horse fitness routine:
✓ Core work (planks, bridges, rotations)
✓ Leg strength (squats, lunges, calf raises)
✓ Balance training (yoga, Pilates)
✓ Flexibility (stretching, foam rolling)
✓ Cardio (walking, cycling, swimming) 20 minutes, 3x per week = noticeable improvement!
