Roamer Park is looking for the next super star stablehand/farmhand!
5 days a week Monday to Friday 7am start in Gnangara.
Permanent part time so you will be eligible for sick leave and annual leave. Minimum 2 hour shift usually up to 5/6 hours per shift.
Pay is via an award rate which reflects age and experience.
Jobs include but not limited to mucking out paddocks and pony stables, rugging/unrugging horses, cleaning and filling water troughs, making feeds and hay nets, raking/removing hay from yards/paddocks and handling of horses for paddock moves etc. There will be a lot of other jobs such as weeding, mowing, ground maintenance, arena maintenance, general livestock and poultry husbandry, gardening - a very diverse role not just horse agistment tasks.
You will work with the owner and a second helping hand most days.
Must show initiative, be hardworking and diligent. Pride in your work is very important.
