My heart is broken 😭
This morning I found Steve passed away. I can only assume Winter had accidentally suffocated him beneath her overnight. He was the strongest, biggest, most thriving kitten of the litter and there was nothing I could do to save him. Every death hits me hard, the guilt, the sadness, the wonder, why did this happen?

Early this morning, Winter delivered 8 kittens. It was fast, but she was so calm & enjoyed pats and scratches during each contraction.
While we are super excited to welcome our new healthy little beans, sadly 2 didn’t make it - one with a birth defect and one who was just too tiny and malnourished.

4 little boys, and 2 sweet girls. Happy birthday babies 🤍🧡

❄️ Winter
Mistreated & abandoned, Winters owner didn’t appreciate her and care for her the way she deserves. Thankfully a lovely family stepped in and rescued her, just in time too as she is heavily pregnant and due to give birth any day now. Winter is young, a baby herself about to have babies, and this sadly isn’t even her first litter, something that could have easily been avoided with responsible pet ownership.

Do better, desex your pets, and if you aren’t ready to love them or take genuine care for them, don’t get them!

Winter will give birth in a warm and safe environment where her and her kittens will now ALWAYS know what it is like to be loved.

Huge thank you to the angel who saved her and her little family 🤍

✨ UPDATE.
We’ve had a huge influx of applications and enquiries for both Elodie and Magnus. Sadly we’ve had to put Elodie’s adoption on hold as she recovers from another bout of flu. However, we have chosen a family for Magnus - whom are coming to meet him Tuesday 🤞🏼

🐦‍⬛Magnus
On Wednesday we were contacted by a lovely couple who had rescued this gorgeous gentle giant from the side of the road. It seems that some heartless person had left him on the side of the road, where he remained waiting patiently curled in a ball for them to come back and get him. He is SUPER affectionate, he loves being cuddled, held, and given attention from anyone willing to provide it. He is easy going, laid back, unbothered by loud kids and other cats. This guy is stunning inside AND out.
Once he is desexed and has necessary vet checks, he’ll then be on the look out for a home that will NEVER abandon him again.

Massive thank you to the humans who found him - never again will he be thrown away like garbage 🖤

💔 While majority of our posts are happy ones, we can sometimes forget the reality of rescue, in all forms. So let’s get real for a minute.
Today has been awful, while checking on my 4 rescued babies saved from a crate on the highway, I discovered two had died. One minute they were okay, and then they were gone.
I scooped up the last two kittens, who seemed to be going downhill too, however with some TLC, they are slowly coming good again.
It’s impossible to not feel guilty, to not overthink and wonder what I had done wrong or could have done better. Every single kitten I lose is as heartbreaking as the last and the next.
This isn’t easy, it’s HARD.
Please stop dumping them, please get them desexed, please do better so I don’t have to pick up the pieces of your irresponsible choices.
