UPDATE📌
He has now been neutered, shaved (his beautiful coat was matted to the skin) and vaccinated and all tests have been performed and he is a healthy boy.

Does anyone recognize this poor boy?
He has been living in someone's roof in 93 Bellairs Complex, Bellairs Drive, Northriding and is not very happy with the world right now. He is ginger cream in color, medium length fur.
Unfortunately, that is all we know about him
