Julie-Anne is our gentle emotional support supervisor. She has a special way of comforting nervous pets and reassuring worried furparents with her calm and loving presence. Despite facing her own health challenges over the years — including having all her teeth removed due to a gum disease and now an overactive thyroid — she remains wonderfully resilient and dedicated to her self-appointed role of ensuring the team maintains the highest standards of care (with close feline supervision, of course!).
