Gary Hall is responsible for the design, management, and education of sustainable commercial fish farms, using Nile Tilapia in Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). Gary served on the EXCO of the Tilapia Aquaculture Association of SA (TAASA) for a period of 4 years. He helps with technical assistance and educates farmers on the techniques required in aquaculture, and fault-finding in underperforming systems. Gary is currently a plant manager in the largest MBF Moving Bed Filter in the world based in Hammanskraal South Africa.
Graeme Taylor is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over three decades of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure. As Head of Engineering at Tecroveer, Graeme has been at the forefront of designing and implementing sustainable engineering solutions across South Africa and neighbouring countries.
