Reminder: High Bridge Community Association meeting is Thursday, 5/22, 7 p.m. at Fire House.

Also, anyone needing boxes: we have a large supply left over from the flood relief work. Can be picked up prior to meeting between 6-7, or call 859-333-1001 to arrange time. Going to recycle center next Friday, 5/30.

The High Bridge Community Association will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, May 22nd, 7 p.m., at the High Bridge Fire House Community Center. The primary agenda item will be election of officers with additional items added. "High Bridge area residents" are considered as those who are assigned to the High Bridge precinct for voting purposes per Jessamine County Clerk's office.

Thank you to everyone who during the flood episode donated items, helped with flood clean-up, provided meals and the list goes on and on! All the remaining food and cleaning supplies were donated to the Community Service Center of Wilmore-High Bridge. And some items were picked up by the Jessamine County Emergency Management - KY and returned to Red Cross.

Starting today, Monday, April 21st, the Red Cross will be at the High Bridge Community Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to assist flood victims with relief applications. They will be at the Center through this coming Friday, April 25th.

There will be an Easter Egg Hunt at the High Bridge Park this Saturday from 1-3 p.m. Have your lunch there with Los Altos (Wilmore) Food Truck and Buck & Beth Cummins' Kettle Korn. Lots of eggs and extras for the kiddos!

On Easter Sunday all Dix Drive flood victims and their families/friends who have been helping with clean up can stop by at the Fire House for a complimentary hot meal. Hours are 12:30 to 2:30, and we can fix "to-go" boxes if you want to grab one and get back at it! Also pick up more cleaning supplies and food items when you leave.

Flood victims from Dix Drive are invited to stop by the High Bridge Fire House Community Center this afternoon (Sunday, 4/13) from 3 to 5 p.m. to pick up cleaning supplies and food.

Thank you to everyone who came to our Thanksgiving Soup Supper last Saturday. And a really big thank you to everyone who prepared and donated food, helped serve, and then clean up. It was a fun evening with good results - your generosity will help us cover the winter utilities!

Looking forward to having you join us at the High Bridge Fire House Community Center this Saturday starting at 6 p.m. There will be a variety of soups and chilies, sandwiches, chips, drinks, and a table full of desserts! Local favorites "Country Memories" will be playing also. $10 per adult, and $5 for children 12 and under. Help us raise funds to cover the Fire House utilities!
