Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding Center would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to the Zionsville Century Club for their incredibly generous donation! 🐴❤️

The Century Club is a group of men who meet quarterly to give back to the community. Built around the power of collective giving, the group brings together 100+ men who each donate $100 to support a selected local charity — and MDTRC was honored to be a recent recipient.

This week, our Operations Manager/Equine Director, Kim McCrea, had the opportunity to personally thank the group alongside 6-year-old Scarlett Bir and her mother, Sam.

Sam shared Scarlett’s inspiring story of perseverance and progress through therapeutic riding. Following cancer treatment, Scarlett experienced nerve damage that affected her ability to sit independently and use her left side. After trying many therapies, horseback riding at Morning Dove became the one activity that truly made a difference. Thanks to her time in the saddle, Scarlett has regained strength, balance, and confidence.

Stories like Scarlett’s are only possible because of the generosity of supporters like the Zionsville Century Club. Your support directly impacts the lives of our riders and families, and we are so grateful.

Our riders had so much fun getting their horses dressed up for St. Patrick’s Day while kicking off our spring session! From festive decorations to big smiles, it was the perfect way to start a season full of growth, confidence, and connection.

We’re feeling extra lucky to be back in the saddle this spring! 🌷🐴✨
