Mindi has been a member of our team since the 1900’s—-1997! She is licensed veterinary technician who is well respected by her fellow coworkers for being exceptional in all aspects of her position. Nancy has been a member of our team since 2004. She is an essential part of our surgical team- assisting with everything from routine surgery to complex orthopedic procedures. She is responsible for keeping our surgical protocols up to date and in line with the American Animal Hospital Association standards. Her dedication to WAH is unmatched. Her vast experience and knowledge as a technician helps triage patients and answer client questions. Recently, she had taken on an additional role as facility manager. It has come to our attention that Wedgewood Pharmacy has initiated a voluntary recall of nearly 4,000 compounded products in their catalog due to potency concerns. These products may contain more or less medication than the labels state. There are many ophthalmic medications on this list. Clients who utilize Wedgewood Pharmacy, please search your medication’s lot number on their official recall lookup page here: https://www.wedgewood.com/recall-lookup/
If your pet’s medication has been recalled, please contact Wedgewood recall services at 866-562-5931 Monday through Friday 8am – 9pm ET and Saturday 9am to 5pm ET.
If you are having trouble finding a replacement for your pet’s medication affected by this recall, please call the office and our staff will be happy to assist in finding alternatives.
