Welcome to Griffith Veterinary Hospital!

Griffith Veterinary Hospital is excited to offer an integrative medical approach to veterinary medicine. Integrative veterinary medicine is a comprehensive medical approach to pet care that combines the best of conventional medicine with complementary and alternative therapies. This emphasizes using all reasonable therapies or systems of medicine that wor

k together to provide an increased capacity to prevent and treat diseases that would not be possible using one system of medicine alone. Complementary and alternative veterinary medicine therapies may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, therapeutic nutrition, and nutritional supplements.

Did you know that chiropractic care can be incredibly beneficial for our pets too? 🐾

We are excited to announce that Dr. Grant with Animal Chiropractic will now be coming to our office every other Wednesday to provide chiropractic services for our patients, and non-patietns!

Chiropractic care may help improve:
🐶 Mobility and flexibility
🐱 Joint and back discomfort
🐾 Recovery after injury or surgery
🐕 Performance for active and sporting pets
🐈 Overall comfort and quality of life
🐾 Senior pet mobility support

Many pets experiencing stiffness, difficulty jumping, slowing down with age, or changes in gait may benefit from an evaluation. Chiropractic adjustments work alongside routine veterinary care to help support your pet’s musculoskeletal health and wellness.

Appointments are limited and will be scheduled every other Wednesday during Dr. Grant’s visit days. Call our office today to learn more or reserve your pet’s appointment! 🩺🐾

We will be closed today from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM for an all-staff meeting.

This dedicated time allows our entire team to come together, ensuring everyone is aligned, supported, and continuously improving the care we provide. Cohesive staff meetings are a pivotal part of keeping our practice running smoothly and delivering the highest level of care to our patients.

By closing during this time, we’re able to ensure that every team member can attend, collaborate, and stay up to date—because your pet’s health and experience matter to us. 🐾

📞 All missed calls will be returned as soon as possible once we reopen.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Even on the busiest days, we make sure to give the extra cuddles and hugs needed to keep us comfortable and relaxed…ok maybe to keep the patients comfortable and relaxed too, but, mainly us!
Best part of our jobs is to know we’re providing care and comfort to all our patients 🥰🐾

At Griffith Veterinary Hospital, we believe routine veterinary care is one of the greatest gifts you can give your pet. 🐾

Dogs and cats age much faster than we do, and routine wellness exams help us detect health concerns early — often before your pet even shows signs of illness. Annual (and sometimes biannual) visits are important for:

• Comprehensive physical exams
• Vaccines and preventive care
• Heartworm testing and prevention
• Flea & tick prevention
• Dental health evaluations
• Weight and nutrition management
• Early detection of illness or pain
• Senior pet wellness monitoring

And remember — even indoor cats need routine veterinary care! Cats are experts at hiding discomfort and illness, making preventive visits incredibly important for their long-term health and quality of life. 🐱🐶

We currently have appointment availability and are accepting new clients! Whether your pet is due for a wellness visit, vaccines, diagnostics, or you simply have concerns you’d like addressed, our team is here to help.

📞 Call us today to schedule your pet’s appointment!

Just because the April challenge is over doesn't mean that we have to stop collecting! Friends of Michigan Animals Rescue collects returnable bottles and cans all year long directly at their facility.
Collection Hours: 7 days a week from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Drop Off Location @ FMAR: 51299 Arkona Rd. Belleville, MI 48111

We want to extend a BIG thanks to our friends at Griffith Veterinary Hospital🩺🐾❤️ for hosting a bottle collection on our behalf last month! We are so grateful for their partnership and dedication to helping our animals thrive. 💜💚

We raised over $3,000 in April 🎉 thanks to a record-breaking 18,000+ cans and bottles collected AND a generous donor who matched a portion of the funds raised! 🥤♻️ That kind of impact doesn’t happen without people stepping up in a big way.

We’d love to keep this momentum going! Our bottle drive runs DAILY from 9am–5pm with quick and easy drop-offs 🚗
