I post with a very heavy heart.....
Baby Dash passed away this morning. After suffering some pretty bad seizures, she became unresponsive and we made the heart wrenching decision to help her peacefully cross over the rainbow bridge.
We are sorry sweet girl. We tried, we did our best..... and we will continue to keep going and do our best with EVERY SINGLE animal that comes to us for help. 💔

Those who know us know we try everything in our power to help no matter what. Tonight I'm reaching out to ask for help for one of our own. Dash, sweet little 14 week old kitt saved by Paige Bober (amazing tech, by the way) has slowly declined this past week. We have exhausted what we can do for her at Comfort's Place and here we are now at the ER. I will post an estimate soon and if there is any way anyone can spare a few dollars towards her upcoming bill we really would appreciate it.

We have a diagnosis. Baby Dash has FIP. We have started to make a plan for treatment as soon as she is released. Please, if at all possible, call Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Ann Arbor. 734.369.6446

Our resident grumpy old lady crossed over the bridge today. Run free Opal. You were an amazing greeter, eater, cuddly, smoochy, funny girl.
