What a great day we had at yesterday's Pet Therapy test. We have four new teams to welcome! Our friends at Pet Supply Plus Sudbury MA got to snuggle and congratulate our new volunteers. A big shout out to the folks at Pet Supplies Plus for letting us use their training space to host our Pet Therapy tests. Great connections, great times, and great new teams!!

People Therapy Through Pets

Founded in 1985, the Pets & People Foundation, Inc. offers pet-assisted therapy visits to those in need. Our carefully screened and certified pet therapy teams can be found at nursing homes, assisted living and special needs facilities, hospitals, half-way houses, various children’s programs, senior daycare centers and many other places where a visit by a dog or cat therapy team can brighten the day. Pets and People is 501(c) 3 non-profit volunteer organization and our members share a common belief that a visit with a four-footed friend can make a difference however small in the lives of those we service. The primary geographic focus of P & P therapy teams is Massachusetts from Worcester east to the Atlantic Ocean and from Falmouth on Cape Cod north to the southern New Hampshire region
