Piper is a gorgeous 8 year old yellow lab that has been a great family pet and has slowed down a bit recently with age. Current on shots and country raised.

Her family had an incident a couple weeks ago where she startled and bit their 5 year old son. They are not sure exactly what caused it, and she has never displayed that kind of behavior before, but they don’t feel comfortable keeping her around the kids anymore. She is normally the most calm dog, so they were very surprised that happened.

This incident is not to be judged but if you would like more information on Piper or can give her an older kid/childless home please reach out for their contact info.

Holiday Hours for this week, Christmas & New Year

Thursday morning we will ONLY be open 8am - 9am (NO pm hours)

Starting January 5th 2026 BOARDING rates will be increasing.

With all of our prices the taxes are INCLUDED in the price. There are no additional fees.

Ronda has been been fostering their son’s Border Collie, Luna after he took a long term job overseas.

Here is what they say
"We are traveling a lot and are looking for a responsible, loving home for Luna. She is 8 years old, very smart & sweet.
Good with cats & small dogs but does not do well with bigger dogs. She has hip dysplasia, so she is not a working dog but does love to take walks and is still very active."

For all grooming clients you should receive a confirmation text 3 days prior to your appointment (occasionally this may show up 1 day before).

If you are not getting these PLEASE let us know so we can put in the correct number.

You guys have been on top of it when it comes to scheduling early for the holiday season

With that being said UNLESS there is a cancelation we have NO grooming available till January

Unfortunately we have a lot of short weeks when it comes to Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's

*this does not included nails, we can still do walk ins about any day but please message first to make sure Ashley is available

Don't forget your vet also has plans and vacations scheduled around the holidays, so if your furry friend has shots due around these busy times please remember to schedule early.

These little things often get overlooked but please update your information with us AND your vet when

~Name Change (especially those getting married)

~If your pet passes (important for the vet so they don't keep sending out reminders)

~Spayed/Neutered (if you get your pet fixed with a different vet than your own make sure to still tell your vet. Example CR Humane Alliance)

~Updated Shots (again if you get them done with another vet or a shelter clinic, make sure US and your main vet get your paperwork)

~Heat! If your girl is in heat for grooming or boarding that is OKAY with us as our dogs do not intermingle. We will still take them but please let us know.

We are FULL for grooming appointments till after Thanksgiving.

Grooming is staying a consistent 8 weeks out but if you want to get in before Christmas (or during break for those that are teachers) please message quickly.

Boarding is also for more than just vacations. Fall wedding season is upon us! Ashley also typically takes trips in the fall/early spring so most weekends she will NOT be able to groom while your dog is being boarded (just a heads up)

2026 Book is OPEN. If you already have dates planned for weddings/vacations/graduations/having a baby/surgery please go head and reach out to get in for next year.

If you like to plan ahead for grooming and stay on a schedule we have several pets that have already booked all of next year so they are ready for the Summer heat, so feel free to jump on board with them and schedule ahead.

Grooming is looking to stay a consistent 8 weeks out but the upcoming holiday weeks are almost booked if you want to get in the week of OR before Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Boarding is also for more than just vacations. Fall wedding season is upon us and we are FULL this weekend for boarding Sept. 19th - 21st and almost full for next weekend.
