For a moment… Roxie forgets she’s in a shelter. ☀️
It is just Roxie, her favorite ball, and the warm sun on her back-running, playing, feeling free. The kind of simple joy every dog deserves… but one she only gets in passing.
Roxie was surrendered through no fault of her own die to lifestlye changes of her family. Since then, she’s been waiting, watching, and hoping her turn for a forever home will come.
And when you meet her, you’ll see it instantly.
The sweet, playful spirit. The way she leans into affection. The little bursts of happiness when she gets a moment outside, a toy in her mouth, and someone by her side.
She may be a little shy at first, but give her a little patience and she’ll give you her whole heart. Roxie would thrive as your one and only, soaking up all the love, walks, cuddles, and playtime she’s been missing.
She doesn’t need much… just a home where moments like this aren’t temporary.
