At Last Hope, SUNNIE already shines , and we are hoping his glow will help him to go to the best of Beagle homes...especially since SUNNIE is a Best Boy Beagle.

Last Hope's LOLA.....
... who walks like a Poodle, & talks like a Pup
, LOLA is an 11 month old Poodle mix pup from a crowded Georgia shelter, petite for the Standard Poodle size.
She acts as if the world is her party.
And so LOLA's perPETual party has begun...

We have said many times what a good dog NELLIE is. She needs YOU to chime in, please, so her Adoption Plea is heard far & wide.
✈️ NELLIE definitely needs & deserves a HOME.
This Red Heeler mix originally flew to Last Hope on a Texas rescue airlift as a puppy in 2020. 🛩
She returned to us several months ago as an adult. Our regal gal is 5 years old now. NELLIE will do best with older kids.. She knows basic commands.
She enjoys the company of our doting volunteers, and LOVES playing in the yard.
Her freckles speckle her sweet face & set off her rabbit ears

Our tiny tortie has been scooped up by a lovely, cat-savvy couple.
She's come a long way-literally & figuratively- from that 6 week orphan rescued in Inwood.
Now at 3 months of age, she has a safe, loving home, and there is "talk" her pet parents may be coming back soon to adopt SASSY a feline friend.

🐶 BILLY our new Boy from Babylon Shelter Blends in with the Beagle Brigade at Last Hope.🐶
BILLY isn't quite a year yet. He is very handsome- a Brad Pitt of Beagles.
He had been a Babylon Shelter unclaimed stray and had several apps there that dissipated.
So now he has joined our pack at the "unofficial Beagle Halfway House ".
BILLY is vocal, likes other dogs, used to leash walking on the long Babylon Shelter trail.
He is puppyish...and is being monitored as an escape artist- a Beagly trait.
He is looking for a loving forever home where the Brad Pitt of Beagles will mature with leading man & Oscar potential.

🐈 NELSON wants someone to sing "You are Always on My Mind" to him. 🎶
NELSON & his tabby brother WILLIE are EMMYLOU's surviving kittens. They were born on or near April Fools Day.
Two others perished when the baby Mama EMMYLOU (only 10 months old) was struggling to raise them on Centereach streets.
Their life sounds like country music lyrics.
To make NELSON's story sadder, he doesn't know brother WILLIE already has an application, and has 1 paw out the door.
NELSON is an adorable grey tuxedo, over-dressed in a tux compared to his famous namesake on stage.
He is playful, alert, & ready to be someone lucky's superstar kitty.
