Continuing to educate ourselves is something we strive for here at Future K9 Care. Keysha and service dog Lore were just at a conference at Cornell, staying up to date with ADI regulations here in the States, canine nutrition and health. This included seminars focusing on OFA,Penn HIP, Canine genetics,history and more. We were thankful to participate and connect with so many organizations.

Bob is with us for board and train and then he will be looking for his furever! He’s such a ham and would nothing more than a family of his own to love!

Just look at that smile! 🥹 It’s hard to believe this happy, handsome boy was once found tied to a tree, shaking and petrified after being discovered by an NYPD officer. We couldn’t let him end up at the ACC, so we welcomed him into our rescue and gave him the safety, patience, and love he desperately needed.
After spending the past few months with us and in foster care, Bob has made incredible progress. He has blossomed into a wonderful boy and will be completing his with our friends Future K9 Care training shortly. Then, he’ll be ready to find the forever family he deserves!
We estimate Bob 5-7 years old. He is:

🐶 Crate trained
🐶 Fully vaccinated
🐶 Microchipped
🐶 Neutered
🐶 Completing his training soon

Bob has been around other dogs, but we believe he would thrive best as the only pet in the home. He deserves a peaceful home where he can continue to feel safe, loved, and secure. A home who will continue with his training.
After everything Bob has endured, we want his next chapter to be his best one yet.

☀️Adventure days!
The pups went on some awesome field trips this week!
We went to a local park to work around some real world distractions including soccer fields and playgrounds!
Then off to country max where we encounter temptation of tasty snacks and the small animal section!
All the pups did very well and we are so happy with their progression through the boarding and training program 🐾

Board and Train Students Gus and Geordie went out for some pup cups Long Acre Farms
It was so fun to see them remaining calm and focused as people passed our table and ordered their ice cream!

We are so proud of Lauren and Copper, for continuing to challenge themselves as a team. Copper only needs two more title in AKC RALLY intermediate and advance to move on. Being able to see you continue to hit new heights is incredible! 🫶🏾🐾
