Not to mention a bountiful harvest of fruits and veggies. We sell eggs, produce and other goodies!

There are a couple of bags of the sea salt chocolate granola. Great on top of yogurt or icecream or just grad a handful full simple ingredients (oats, pecans, coconut, dark chocolate chunks and a touch of a rich robust dark amber maple syrup, just to name a few). You will love it and your kids will too! Stand will be open tomorrow if you want to grab a bag! 😋

The first few weeks of the farmstand have been great and it is all thanks to you! Your support has been absolutely amazing! I started the farmstand late in the season and alot of the summer veggies had already been harvested during the peak of the season. That being said we will still have vegetables, just not in large quantities. Our second planting of vegetables is on the way, promising a plentiful fall harvest. I am so excited about that and I have some ideas for new meal kits that will be fall inspired. I have been thinking of items to help stock the farmstand while mother nature continues to nuture the harvest. We will still have amazing summer flower bouquets with vibrant colors and the sunflowers are in full bloom with sunny yellows, hues of orange and even pink lemonade varities that we will be selling along with other veggies, herbs and of course those farm fresh eggs. But what I am most excited about is the next addition to the farmstand, granola! Yummy, simple ingredients with no additives or stale product that has been sitting on the grocery shelf. I’ll be rolling out a variety of flavors, but tomorrow we’re starting with strawberry granola.🍓 Stop by and grab a bag, you won't be disappointed! Got a flavor idea? I know it is only August but I have a Christmas question for you. How many of you buy a real tree vs an artificial tree? If you buy real, do you cut yourself or do you just go to the local box store and pick one out. Are fat round trees preferred or do you like slim trees? What is the average size you purchase. 🌲🌲

Lazy Acres Farmstand is open today! Grab a pound of green beans to make a pot of beans, ham and potatoes for dinner. Or for the person that thinks they can't cook, I put together a kit to make an easy homemade pasta sauce all the main ingredients and included a recipe recipe. Who ever you are cooking it for will think you spent hours in the kitchen and will taste all the love you put in it! Pick up a bunch of flower for that special person to say I love you or I am just thinking of you. We have tomatoes,cucumbers, peppers, garlic along with other veggies all grown right here in your backyard! Don't forget your farm fresh eggs! Stop by the red barn house at 403 Maher and get you some!

What do you do when your BFF decides she doesn't want her strawberry patch anymore?
