This announcement is for all of my clients who have appointments for the remainder of the year!
Holiday season has begun!! This is the busiest time of year, and I am completely booked out until mid-January. If you currently have an appointment scheduled with me, here is what to expect as we approach Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s:
Working with dogs is not an exact science, and not every dog enjoys being groomed. I take my job very seriously and always do my best to provide quality service for both you and your pet. My goal is never to rush through a groom just to get to the next client. Instead, I value taking my time with each dog, ensuring they are comfortable while also giving you the outcome you desire.
That said, my schedule is jam-packed for the season. I’ve added extra slots and even extra workdays to fit in as many pups as possible. Because of this, please expect your pet’s groom to take longer than usual.
Exact pickup times may not always be available, and groom durations may vary depending on your dog’s needs that day.
Additionally, please refrain from entering the shop before your dog is finished. If they see or hear you, they may become overly excited or anxious and need to reset — which can make the groom take longer. You are always welcome to call me at 859-485-1555 to check in if you’d like an update on how they’re doing. 🖤
