Holy cow! Man we have been busy this year. The busiest we have ever been in the shop over my career as a taxidermist. Really appreciate everyone's patience as I am running behind on projects but know this we are working on them in order and will not cut corners to get stuff out quicker. Here is a couple of recent pics of some work that was just completed. If your piece doesn't get a pic on here it is probabky just because we are busy and a lot of times I don't have time to take pics or just plain forget too.

Couple birds finished up. These 2 ducks were about as mature as I ever see in KS and we're in perfect shape. This allowed for 2 beautiful mounts that pics don't do them justice compared to seeing in person.

Finished up some turkeys. Got this flyer done. I dont get to do many flying turkeys. I think they make a cool mount but guessing it is do to them taking up a lot of space or people think to themselves if I do it flying, how am I gonna get it loaded up in my vehicle to get it home? Well I have the getting them loaded in the vehicle problem figured out. The tail and wings are detachable.

Finally home from the KAT state taxidermy competition. Kids both pulled blues. Victoria a blue in original art category with her feather art and Charlie a blue and best small lifesize amateur with his prairie dog. I got lucky and pulled two blues in masters game head on the double african gemsbok pedestal and a second master game head on an African sable antelope pedestal.

Another ocellated turkey from Mexico finished up. Bird was a little shot up but finished out pretty decent.

Another 1/2 mount deer ready to go. Altered one leg and lowered the nose to look down some since it will be hung on wall fairly high. Will be displayed in the Rusty Trigger hun shop in Clay Center. Go and check them out!!
