Two sweet girls, one special bond, and a wish for a forever home together! ❤️

Meet Pants and Lulu!

Pants has been waiting a very long time for her happily ever after. She has been in foster care for 565 days, and with her fourth birthday coming up on November 9, we would love to see this sweet girl finally get some attention.

Pants came into foster care after her owner passed away suddenly. The loss and all the changes were overwhelming, and she became so stressed that she licked much of her fur off. With time, patience, and love, she has recovered beautifully. Today, she is a social, sweet girl who is ready to settle into a home of her own.

Pants is an American Shorthair and Manx mix with an adorable little stub tail. She doesn’t bite or scratch and has blossomed in her foster home.

Her best friend is Lulu, who is now 10 months old and has been in foster care since she was just four months old. The two girls have formed a special bond, and we would love to find them a family willing to welcome them both.

Audrey is a sweet submissive girl adjusting to life in a foster home versus the shelter she came from in PR. 5 months old 20 lbs female. She is very comfortable outside and loves other respectful dogs. She is currently in foster with a cat and other dogs. She could learn to navigate kids. She may keep a healthy distance from kids at first until she gets used to them. Audrey will be spayed when the vet says she is old enough. (Probably next month) and her spay is included in her $400 adoption fee. She is enjoying getting love and is happy to have a a bowl of food all to herself for the first time in her life. She loves squeaker toys and hasn’t discovered bones yet. She is already learning how to sit on command 💕

Six little white puppies from two litters… could anything be more adorable? Three boys and three girls!

It’s funny how often we see this happen. All three girls already have potential adoptive homes waiting, while none of the boys have been spoken for yet. We aren’t sure why the boys tend to get overlooked, but they are every bit as sweet and deserving of a family!

Tom and Jerry arrive in Virginia Beach TODAY! They are two super sweet little boys, ready to find their families. The B litter (Barbie, Becky, Briana, and Brad) will be arriving in a few days.

If you’ve been thinking about adding a puppy to your family, please consider one of these precious boys! They have so much love to give and are waiting for someone to choose them.

Our $400 adoption fee includes age appropriate vetting, transport, and spay/neuter when old enough.

Meet Lucy!
If you love fluffy white dogs with happy hearts and a little s***k, Lucy might just be your girl! Lucy is a 4.5 year old, 21 pound bundle of white fluff who is as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside.

She is social, playful, with a sweet personality that makes her easy to love and easy to care for. Lucy is good with children and other dogs, and she has that wonderful combination of being a fun little companion while still being an easygoing, well mannered girl. She is house trained and ready to bring her special brand of happiness to a forever family.

At just 21 pounds, she is the perfect size for someone looking for a smaller companion with a playful spirit and plenty of love to give. She is ready for a walk and a romp in the yard before a good nap by your side.

Sometimes the best dogs are the ones who don’t ask for much. Just a little playtime, a cozy place to nap, and someone to love them for the rest of their lives. Lucy had been living with a 9 year old boy and a small older companion dog. She is feeling a little lost without her friends. She could use some new companionship to help her feel whole again.

Meet Nala! Your future lap dog might be waiting for you! ❤️

Nala is a 3-year-old, 16 lb sweetheart already in Virginia Beach and looking for her forever family!

This little girl spent much of her life being a mama. She was surrendered after having six puppies simply because she had never been spayed. She was a wonderful mom to Duke, Dafne, Dakota, and Draco and probably other litters before. Now she’s spayed, retired from motherhood, and ready to be someone’s baby!

We learned even more about Nala from one of her recent fosters, and she’s quite the character!

❤️ Affectionate and social. She loves people, gives wonderful kisses, and warms up quickly.

😂 Professional sleeper. But when awake very active.

🏃‍♀️ Tiny but mighty! She’s athletic, adventurous, and can clear a couch or low fence with ease.

🦴 A serious chewer and collector of things! Durable bones and toys are a must. She probably never had any before and is making up for lost time…or using the bones to help cope with the stress of all the changes in her life.

🐶 Gets along with other dogs but doesn’t need a canine companion.

She loves a good walk or run just as much as cuddling on the couch. She’s food motivated, potty trained with a consistent routine, and sleeps beautifully once comfortable.

One important thing about Nala: she needs time to settle in. After being separated from her puppies and experiencing seven moves in just 16 days, she’s had a lot of change in a short time. Her next family needs to offer patience, consistency, and time to feel safe. Adult dogs sometimes need a little longer to realize they’re finally home. You can see the stress on her face in the first few pictures. This sweet momma dog is ready to settle in for good.

Nala has a 10/10 personality and so much love to give. She just needs someone willing to give her the stability she deserves!

Meet Chloe! The softest fur, the sweetest kisses, and a heart full of love.

Chloe is a 10 month old, 19 lb spayed girl who absolutely loves everyone she meets. Men, women, children… she’s happy to share her affection with them all! She is also submissive with other pups. Today, she had us laughing when she was busy licking my husband’s face while Connie chewed on Chloe’s back leg.

Chloe has silky, unbelievably soft fur and an affectionate personality that will melt your heart. But this sweet girl has a sad story, and she deserves a future filled with nothing but kindness.

Chloe was born in a gas repair workshop in Puerto Rico. Tragically, her mother and siblings later died under terrible circumstances. A family took Chloe in, but due to work she spent nearly all her time confined to a cage. When it became clear that she might be abandoned if a home couldn’t be found, we knew we couldn’t leave her behind.

Now Chloe finally has a chance at a better life. ❤️
Her future family will need patience, consistency, and a willingness to help her learn all the good things this new world has to offer. She will need time to discover that she can explore, play, relax, and simply be a dog.

Chloe has already shown us how affectionate and loving she is. Now she needs a family willing to give her the time and guidance to blossom into the happy, confident companion she was always meant to be.

She has been through enough. Let’s make the rest of her story beautiful.

SURPRISE, AUDREY! YOU’RE GOING TO RALEIGH!

Tonight, sweet Audrey is leaving behind the overcrowded shelter in Puerto Rico and heading toward a whole new life filled with green grass, soft places to rest, and a loving foster home.

Audrey is a sweet, submissive girl who has so much to learn about the good life. She may not know it yet, but she just won the golden ticket! No more waiting in a crowded shelter, wondering what comes next. Her next chapter is full of possibilities, and we couldn’t be happier for her.

A HUGE thank you to her Angel Flyer for getting her to Raleigh and to her wonderful foster for opening their home and heart to this deserving girl. You have changed Audrey’s life for the better!

And now, Audrey gets the chance to change someone else’s life, too. Somewhere out there is a family who will fall in love with her, give her the security she deserves, and discover just how special she is.

One flight. One foster. One life changed forever.

PUPDATE: Olivia was too big to fit in a travel bag. We don’t know what dog is coming but we will be excited to meet the lucky pup! 🤗

Two more sweet pups may have the chance to catch a flight to Raleigh, NC!

We are working on building a network of fosters and volunteers in the Raleigh area so we can help even more deserving dogs from Puerto Rico find their way to loving homes.

These adorable littermates are hoping someone will open their heart and home to them. Do you have room to foster one of these babies? Or better yet, could one of them be your future best friend?

Every foster home makes a difference and helps us bring more dogs to safety!

This little sweetheart arrives Saturday night and still needs a foster. She is 10 months old and was just spayed this week. She did not have any luck finding a loving home in PR so we promised her rescuer we could find her a loving home in the States. Please help Chloe get on the right path towards a furever family.

✈️ READY TO FLY! TOM & JERRY, CONNIE, AND CHLOE NEED YOUR HELP! 🐾

These four little island pups are ready to make their way to Virginia, and we have Angel Flyers arriving in Baltimore this Sunday! Now we just need to find them landing spots. ❤️

🐶 Tom & Jerry are 2 months old and just 4 lbs each. These tiny boys are expected to grow into small to medium sized dogs.

🐶 Connie is 4 months old and around 5 lbs.

🐶 Chloe is about 1 year old and small to medium sized. She was just spayed this week and is ready for her fresh start!

We have an opportunity to get these pups to the mainland this Sunday, but we need your help to make it happen!
