Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we’ve hardly had to touch our food budget this year! ❤️ We’re so grateful, but we still need to keep a good inventory of essential items to keep tails wagging and bellies full.

Happy Saturday Everyone!

In an effort to streamline our services, we have changed the way we schedule. Our goal is to be more flexible and get your babies back to you quicker! As always, we allow you to drop off in the morning and pick up later. We understand that some of you need to get to work and we're happy to keep them for the day. If you are a client we know is going to drop off and go to work we probably moved your appointment to late in the afternoon. We have had an influx of clients that prefer a quicker appointment and we want to be able to provide that service as well!

We are now taking pets throughout the day instead of doing our normal block schedule. Please note the time of your appointments when you get your reminder. It will come 2 days before your appointment. Some of your appointments are 30 minutes to an hour later than usual. You can always drop off early if you need to. I tried to reach out if your appointment changed a lot but I'm afraid I may have missed a few. It was quite the job to adjust the schedule for the rest of the year! If we made a change that just won't work please reach out and we'll get it rescheduled.

We have also added a cat day! The first Wednesday of the month will be dedicated to doing cats on a one on one basis. It is on the schedule now under Cat Groomer. We can still schedule cats on other days but we wanted to have a quieter option for our nervous kitties. Please note that is the only Wednesdays we are open at this time. We do have another groomer in training that should have some availability soon.

Thank you for your patience while we have been having some growing pains! I think this new schedule will be great!
