Simon stepped on the scale like a pro! 🐆

Through positive-reinforcement training, our animals can voluntarily participate in important parts of their healthcare, like routine weigh-ins, while also receiving valuable mental stimulation. Just another day of teamwork between Simon and his keepers!

Happy International Primate Day! 🐒

We have quite the crew here at NOVA Wild…spider monkeys, capuchins, squirrel monkeys and, of course, our lemurs.

They’re curious, ridiculously smart, sometimes chaotic, and all have personalities of their own. If you’ve spent any time watching them during a visit, you already know. 😂

Today we’re giving a little extra love to our primate crew and the keepers who know every personality, preference and quirk behind the scenes.
