At AVMA, we caught up with Dr. Dana Koerner, an Associate Veterinarian in San Antonio, Texas who has been with Banfield for 5 years!

For Dr. Koerner, true gratification comes from building long-term relationships with pets and their owners. She also credits her incredible team for creating a culture of flexibility, laughter, and support through every challenge. 🙌

From RVT to DVM, Dr. Adriea Laurore’s 16-year journey is the ultimate definition of growing a legacy! 🐾

We caught up with Dr. Laurore at AVMA to chat about her incredible career path and team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Talk about a true inspiration: she started her Banfield journey as a Registered Veterinary Technician, stepped up as a Shift Lead, and then worked with us during her breaks while conquering vet school! 🎓✨

After graduating, she took on a new location to build her own legacy, and today, she couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

“I love what I do. There’s literally nothing else that I would want to be doing.” 🙌

We are so incredibly proud to have leaders like Dr. Laurore inspiring the next generation of vet med professionals! 🎉

From reconnecting with longtime friends to meeting the next generation of veterinary trailblazers, our time at AVMA was nothing short of incredible. The energy, the passion, and the shared dedication to our field reminded us why we do what we do every single day.

Whether we were chatting at our booth, sharing career possibilities, or simply celebrating the amazing people who make vet med so special, every single moment was a highlight. 🌟

Please join us in sending a massive congratulations to Dr. April D’Innocenzi (Banfield Student Ambassador) as she has officially graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine 🙌

Starting your career as a veterinarian is such an exciting adventure. We can’t wait to support Dr. D’Innocenzi with the mentorship, resources, and team community she needs as she continues to learn, grow, and make a difference for pets and their families every single day.
