In the two years I’ve spent training dogs, the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that it’s all about perspective. In order to b

uild a strong connection with your dog for training, you need to learn how to communicate with them. I want to help others learn how to do just that, so I made a business of it. I offer both private, in-home training sessions where I come to you, and day training programs where your dog comes to school with me in Battle Ground. I cover obedience training, behavioral training, leash walking, prong collar conditioning and e-collar conditioning. Arlo and Beast / Arlo working on being calm around other dogs, he is such a young dog that it’s a tough skill. I worked on using food to disengage from Beast and then rewarded for engaging with me. Beast was a great teacher and stayed neutral through the process and during our walk. I rewarded her throughout the whole process.
Good job Arlo and great job Beast for helping teach the puppy how to interact with dogs and people.
