We are looking for responsible, hard working people who like working outdoors to fill two positions.
Must be able to get up early, be reliable, show up on time, keep to a work schedule, be organized, have attention to detail, able to work efficiently, and like checking tasks off the list!
Available positions are to be responsible for the care of animals and then help in the garden. Many learning possibilities! You will learn skills you never even thought of!
One position is for weekday mornings. Need to be available on weekdays year-round (more hours in spring/summer/fall, less hours in the winter). Great position for a mom, a retired person, or someone who wants an interestingly varied job that allows them to be outside. Daily hours would vary from around 5 hours/day this time of the year down to 2 hours/day during the winter. More hours if your handy at carpentry, repair jobs, online marketing, or any other skill that we can use.
The other position is for weekend mornings and could be filled by a student, who does not have other activities scheduled for weekend mornings (must be available at least 7:30-10am). We could split Saturdays and Sundays up between two people if needed but prefer one person to do both. Minimum age of 16, adults are more than welcome too! Daily hours range from 3-5 hours/day right now to 2 hours/day in winter.
Must be strong enough to lift a reasonable amount, 50 pounds would be preferred, but we can work around it. We are willing to train the right applicant for all other skills.
