We’ve Got Specialty Cuts Left Over—Come Get Them!

Thanks to yesterday’s rain, we’ve got a great selection of specialty cuts still available today!

Pork Shanks – These are full of flavor like ham but with a heartier bite. I love using them in ham and beans, red beans and rice, and other slow-cooked dishes.

Pork Strips – Sliced on the band saw, these lean cuts cook up perfectly as rib tips. I like to call them baby back rib tips because they’re leaner than traditional ones. They’re also great in many ethnic soups and stews.

We also have farm fresh eggs and a great selection of discounted items in our upright freezer.

And of course, we still have a great selection of steaks, including Ribeye's and New York Strips, along with fresh pork cuts.
