Meet Jackson Holliday! His career counselor Alicia Herell shared this about Jackson's journey-"There’s something truly special about watching a student’s training journey unfold—and celebrating every milestone along the way!
Jackson has officially completed his first week of training to become a certified dog groomer through Kansas City Grooming Academy. He also completed his first solo groom, building a remarkable connection with a dog that others had previously found challenging to work with.
Jackson shared, “It has been an exciting first week!” We’re incredibly proud of his progress and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next!"
It's great to see Jackson doing something that he truly enjoys!

Introducing Isaac Lewis!
He attended Simply Divine Academy in Yuba City, CA, to study barbering. He is now a full-time licensed barber at Blessed Up Barber Lounge in Yuba City.

Isaac shared, “The best part of school was learning how to cut hair. When I started, I had no experience, but I learned so much from Rahiem and the instructors at Simply Divine. If you want to become a barber, go to a good barber school, practice often, and don’t be afraid to try. Once you learn the skill, you will always have it. I’m excited to build my reputation, compete in barber competitions, and do what I love—cutting hair.”

Isaac would also like to thank Sherlynn Kennedy for helping and supporting him with the paperwork throughout his schooling process.

Congrats to you Isaac and we know you will do a great job helping folks look sharp!

Sending BIG congratulations to Lexi Damron on her recent graduation! She sent this note to share- “My journey into nursing has taught me the importance of perseverance, hard work, and determination. I recently graduated from the LPN program at Kiamichi Tech, which was a very rewarding accomplishment for me and an important step toward the career I’ve always wanted. I’m now continuing my education at Murray State College as I work toward earning my associate degree and becoming a Registered Nurse. My long-term goal is to continue my education by earning my bachelor’s degree, grow in the nursing profession, and build a career that allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients and my community. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities and support that have helped me continue moving forward in my education.”
