We’re proud to support Pet Poison Prevention Month and share important safety information to help keep your furry family members safe.

This month, we’re featuring educational graphics from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) to spread awareness about common household toxins and what to do in an emergency.

🐶🐱 Why Is Pet Poison Prevention So Important?

Every year, thousands of pets are exposed to potentially dangerous substances found right in our homes. Common toxins include:

Human medications (prescription and over-the-counter)

Chocolate and xylitol-containing foods

Household cleaners

Plants like lilies

Rodenticides and insecticides

Even small amounts can cause serious illness — and in some cases, can be life-threatening. Quick recognition and fast action can make all the difference.

💡 How You Can Help Protect Your Pet:
