Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks! We finished this 2002 Club Car DS 48 volt this week. The cart came in for us to evaluate on whether or not it was worth putting a lithium conversion in or not. After a through 20 point inspection was completed, this cart was found to be in great shape only needing a front end rebuild kit and a set of rear leaf spring bushing. The customer gave the go ahead and we gave the cart a “Bolt” of new energy with a Bolt 51 volt 105AH “Mini,” and finished the look off with a set of Empire Wheels 12 inch “Blade” wheels. Last week we had a customer make the trip down from Jacksonville North Carolina for us to install a Bolt Energy USA 72 volt 105ah battery conversion into this Textron Off-road Prowler EV IS. The customer choose to bring it to us after seeing our installation video that Bolt Energy USA filmed for us. He has two golf cart shops with in 15 minutes of where he lived but chose to bring it to us. Thank you Marine Chevrolet for trusting us, we were thrilled to do this conversion for you!
