It’s farrier day! We have to call in extra hands to help get the horses trimmed. We sure could use some help sponsoring a trim! Just a small taste of the feeding regiment at the rescue. EVERY horse gets a customized feeding plan, with some horses being fed up to 4 times per day. We have at least 4 different brands of feed, supplements, meds, etc. Healing happens here - mind, body & spirit!

We are so happy to share that Beauty is out of quarantine!!! She was SO EXCITED to meet new friends and adding her to the pasture was uneventful, which is great. We feel so lucky to have this mare here. It breaks our heart that she was past her deadline and loading up when we paid her bail. She is a WONDERFUL horse!
