These 2 precious babies are needing a loving home.
Rambo is 3 years old, neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines. He does have a heart murmur and will need life long medication. He is 100 pounds.
Puppy is 4 years old, spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines. She’s around 65 pounds. She was born with a heart murmur as well, but it has not progressed and she is not on any medication at this time. The murmur will need to be monitored.
They are the sweetest most loving babies and deserve the absolute best. Please contact Bailey at the clinic for any questions. Thank you.

We have an update that Officer King with Springville PD has found him in the woods. He is on his way with him to the clinic to be examined currently. We appreciate all of the support
we have gotten during this awful situation and for everyone who has taken the time to help us and Nuggets owners look for him. The owners
are on their way home currently and are up to date on everything. So much thanks to officer King !!!

We want to thank the community for all the help yesterday in helping us search for fur baby Nugget! We have had several sightings around the clinic, but have unfortunately not been able to catch him yet. I want everyone to know that we are doing everything we can, including bringing in a gentleman that specializes in recovering lost pets. We are still looking for sweet Nugget and won’t be giving up. We will also be conducting an in depth investigation and will be taking necessary steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We want you to feel safe leaving your pets with us.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Nugget and his precious family.

Please keep a close eye out for this dog. His name is Nugget, he is a 10 year old golden. He loves bacon, chicken and squeaky toys. We are trying to use anything to draw him towards us. You can call his name and ask if he wants a treat or a ball. He was last seen going up behind liberty automotive. Please call the clinic with any sightings of him. 205-655-5350

🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT – ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE 🚧

Please be advised that Argo Margaret Road will be closed for railroad repairs beginning Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, at 5:00 AM through 8:00 PM the same day.

👷 Work Details:

Crews will be conducting railroad repairs and repaving.

Traffic will not be able to cross or pass Buckeyes due to the closure.

Please expect delays and plan accordingly.

⚠️ Detours:

Blackjack Road to Moody

Roulain Road → Cedar Creek → Mountain View Road

County Road 12 → Hwy 174 in Springville (to access I-59)

🚦 Important: Detour signs will be posted. Please follow marked routes and use caution while traveling through the area.

The City of Argo has just received official notice of this closure and is working quickly to help manage traffic.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS !!!!

We will now require the Canine Influenza Vaccine for boarding. This is something most if not all boarding facilities are requiring as of recently in this area. This is for the protection of your dog along with the other dogs in our care. Canine influenza can be become a serious illness if not prevented or treated properly. This vaccine does require a booster that is given 3-4 weeks after first injection. If your dog has already received the vaccine previously with booster another booster is not required. We will offer this with all of our annual wellness vaccines as well since this becoming a more common requirement with boarding and grooming facilities. If there are any questions please give us a call.

We are also excited to announce that we will be offering the new Bravecto Quantum !!! This is a flea and tick shot that will last for 12 months !! This will help keep your dog up to date on flea and tick prevention year round without having to worry about giving monthly or quarterly pills. We will post an announcement when this is on the shelves and ready to sell !

While 4th of July is a time for celebration, many of our furry friends experience extreme stress and anxiety from fireworks and loud noises.

If your pet gets anxious during fireworks, now is the time to talk to us about options- including safe and effective anxiety medication that can help them keep calm and comfortable.

We may need to see some of the fur babies in clinic if we haven’t seen them in a while to fill this medication, so let be proactive.

We are hiring for a full time experienced vet tech. We need someone with experience working closely with doctors in exam rooms, giving vaccines, pulling blood and running tests and filling medicine along with charting. Our exam rooms are very fast pace so this position will require time management skills and attention to detail. Experience with hospitalized animals as well is greatly recommended. for animals. The ideal candidate will be someone who puts patient care first and is able
to listen and follow direction. Attention to detail is a MUST. We are a fast pace clinic so we are constantly working and moving and on our feet. Someone who is able to lift and hold animals is required. This position lets you step into the world of veterinary medicine and learn more about this career while also gaining skills.
