You must provide proof of ownership, provide a city hall receipt, and pay all applicable fees. Please call before coming in to the shelter. Reclaims will not be approved without proper receipts, paperwork, ID and payment. Animals are held for 7 business days after their inta

She has a neon pink collar and a leash on and was left with a small bag of food and a water bowl.
