We can offer low-cost spay/neuter prices because private donations and grants help off-set the true, higher cost of spay/neuter procedures. Humane Ohio believes that all animals should receive the highest quality veterinary care possible even if the services rendered are at a reduced cost. Our clinic uses state of the art instruments and equipment, all spay/neuter surgeries are performed by licensed veterinarians (DVMs) and every patient receives a brief physical exam and pain medication.

Our hearts are so full after Humane Ohio’s 20th Birthday Bash! 💙

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, take a tour, visit with our team, support our raffle, enjoy the day, and learn more about the work happening here at Humane Ohio. Celebrating 20 years with our community meant so much to us.

A huge thank you to our food trucks, rescue and shelter partners, volunteers, staff, donors, board members, and everyone who helped make the day happen. And of course, a very special thank you to FocusCFO for generously sponsoring this event and helping us celebrate this milestone in such a special way.

Twenty years of Humane Ohio would not be possible without this community. Thank you for showing up, cheering us on, and believing in our mission to help animals and the people who love them.

It’s Vet Appreciation Week, and as we prepare for tomorrow’s celebration, we couldn’t let this moment pass without recognizing three incredible women who make Humane Ohio what it is.

To our full-time veterinarians, Dr. Monto and Dr. Chelsea, and our part-time veterinarian, Dr. Jess ; thank you!

For 20 years, Humane Ohio has been able to make a difference for animals and the people who love them because of compassionate, skilled, dedicated veterinarians like you. Every surgery, every patient, every life impacted is part of something so much bigger and we truly could not do this work without you.
