Jerry D is a chihuahua mix in Warrenton, VA. He is around 15 pounds, leggy boy and classic athlete chi frame. Around 5 yrs old, he was an owner surrender in southern VA.
Housebroken and good with cats and dogs. He is very friendly and will make an excellent companion. We can see him adapting to a wide variety of situations and homes.

Another Hail Mary Rescue Alumni that was adopted from us.
His family flew in from Ann Harbor Michigan to get him in New Orleans.
His family has wrote a children’s book about him and sent me a copy.
Beaux Zulu was an older dog we had pulled from Lafourche parish shelter who had several medical issues at the time.
Erin Swart and Rita Couch had assisted him in getting healthy and getting him to the airport to meet his family. ❤️🐾

Lance is such an adorable mishmash. We hope an adopter does DNA.
Around 15 pounds he is a low rider type and we suspect potential chihuahua, dachshund and maybe Shih Tzu with that curly tail. 2-3 yrs old. He is housebroken as well.
Very soft coat, he’s a perfect couch snuggle buddy after a nice walk. Lower medium energy he enjoys his outings to check everything out but he is quiet and chill in the house and crates well.
Not a barker he’s easy to have around and should suit a variety of home types. Cat tested fine and is dog friendly. No food or toy aggression.
Currently in Warrenton, VA and is available to transport. He is vaccinated, chipped and neutered. Was 4DX negative last week as well.

Alright fluffy dog lovers! Who is looking for a new bestie!
Gordo is in Warrenton, Virginia and looking for his furever home. He was surrendered to a shelter in southern VA recently as his family could no longer keep him.
He is dog and cat friendly, is loving and has a ton of personality. He is around 20 pounds and 4 yrs old.
He is housebroken and once he shook off the stress of the shelter he has been a wonderful guy.
He is updated on vaccines, microchipped as well as neutered and his 4DX test was all negative.
He is available to meet after an application has been approved.

Hail Mary Rescue will be assisting these 6 deserving dogs who are currently at St. Mary Parish Animal Shelter.

We have scheduled the vetting for them at Acadiana Spay Neuter clinic with the wonderful Dr Kera Varnado
