Frankie's Friends

Frankie's Friends As a national foundation, Frankie's Friends is a lifeline for pets in need of lifesaving emergency and specialty veterinary care.

Bridging the gap between what's medically possible & financially feasible for pets in need throughout the United States. Frankie’s Friends is a non-profit foundation dedicated to finding cures and saving pets with cancer and other life-threatening conditions. We help save pets’ lives by providing grants to assist with the cost of life-saving or life-enhancing emergency or specialty care for pets whose families cannot afford the full cost of treatment.

Another great adoption update! Amber came to us from Round Valley and her medical was sponsored by Frankie's Friends. Here is what her dad shared about her

"Amber is doing great and she mostly ignores the cats. She loves hunting lizards in our backyard. She hates the pool and water in general. She loves jumping on the furniture. On walks I say she has ADD. She's fine, but if a lizard runs or a dog barks, she tears off in that direction. It makes for good entertainment. Here is my favorite picture of Amber. I was home alone and just woke up. They were next to me on our bed

HELP! Today ALONE we're helping FOUR pets in need of lifesaving care! The need for financial assistance to help save pets' lives continues to increase and we need your support!

Tommy is a poodle mix in Florida that needs enucleation surgery to remove his eye due to a mass that's causing severe pain, pressure, and blindness. His mom is disabled and unemployed and can't afford the cost of this surgery.

Zoey is a schnoodle with struvite bladder stones that need to be removed immediately to save his life in North Carolina. His mom has limited means while caring for her adult son that's disabled and unable to work.

Rumor is a german shepherd with progressive coxofemoral joint disease, desperately needing a total hip replacement to live a pain-free life in California. He lives with a single mom that works for the school district and doesn't have the funds needed to pay for this specialty surgery.

Chrissy the chihuahua has a mass on her neck that has ruptured and needs to be removed immediately in Texas. Her mom was recently laid off from her job of 15 years and is in desperate need of our help.

Tommy, Zoey, Rumor, and Chrissy were all approved for financial assistance from Frankie's Friends to help save their lives and get the care they need TODAY, but we need your help. Please donate to help Tommy, Zoey, Rumor and Chrissy now, .

“We are beyond grateful for the life-saving support we received from Frankie’s Friends. Because of your generosity, Maui was able to get the emergency surgery she desperately needed, and we truly believe you gave her a second chance at life.

Maui is more than just our dog, she is family, our companion, and such a big part of our everyday lives. Facing the reality of losing her due to something we couldn’t afford in that moment was heartbreaking. When we received help, it felt like a miracle during one of the most difficult times we’ve ever experienced.

Thanks to you, Maui was able to receive the care she needed, and we are now focused on her healing and recovery. Seeing her rest comfortably and begin to regain her strength means everything to us.

We cannot thank you enough for your compassion, generosity, and kindness. What you’ve done for Maui and for our family will never be forgotten. You didn’t just help cover a medical expense, you helped save a life, and that means more to us than words can truly express.” — Maui's Family

“… And when our time together is done, and you move on in the world,
Remember me with kind thoughts and tales, for a time we were unbeatable.
Nothing passed among us undetected.
If we should meet again on another street I will gladly take up your fight.
I am a military working dog, and together we are guardians of the night.”

This Memorial Day we remember our fallen heroes, may we never forget their courage and sacrifice. Thank you to those who served and made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

“Thank you for giving Sasha something medicine alone can’t offer, the chance to stay in the world she loves, surrounded by the people who love her back. Your generosity doesn’t just fund treatment, it buys her comfort, time, and dignity. It means she gets to wake up to familiar voices and soft sunlight a little longer. That is a gift beyond measure, and we’re profoundly grateful.” — Sasha's Family

"Bash is a five month old puppy who swallowed a foreign object. I was able to pay for the xrays and blood work and office visit but cannot afford the surgery... I work part time (23 hours a week) as a nurse. I'm also on disability... I used most of my savings just to get a diagnosis.

If I receive these funds, I would like to thank the donors because Sebastian-James (Bash) means so much to me. I call him my canine child. And my mom calls him her grandson. If you look closely you can see he has a heart shaped print on his nose and another under his left hand! That makes him extra adorable, cuddly, and loving, especially since I adopted him on Valentines Day.

I can't let him down as his mom! We promise to pay it forward when things get better for us. Love and thanks for reading, From Bash and Miranda!"

Bash is scheduled for surgery TODAY ih Kissimmee, FL and his mom has asked Frankie's Friends for help. Please donate to help this beloved pup get the care he needs to save his life!
