📢 2026 CFHJA POINTS UPDATE #2

As promised, we're providing an update on the 2026 year-end points.

We are very close to completing the process, but the points are not yet available for members to view. We know this has been a long wait, and we sincerely appreciate your continued patience.

There are just a few remaining pieces needed before the year-to-date standings can be finalized and uploaded. One series required its results to be provided in a different format so the information could be properly read and incorporated into the points calculations. We are also waiting on results from a couple of September shows so that all eligible results can be included.

Once those final results are received and incorporated, the points can be finalized and made available for members to view.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the length of this process and for the shortcomings in our communication along the way. We understand that our members have been waiting a long time for this information, and we appreciate you hanging in there with us while we work to make sure the final standings are complete and accurate.

We will continue to keep you updated as we move through these final steps and will let you know as soon as the points are available.

📢 2026 CFHJA POINTS UPDATE

We owe our members an update - and an apology - regarding the availability of our 2026 year-end points.

When CFHJA transitioned to a new system last year, we encountered a number of issues with how points were being calculated and tracked. As we took a closer look this year, we identified additional issues that needed to be addressed to make sure our members' points are accurate.

Rather than continue working with a system we knew needed to be corrected, we made the decision to take the points process apart and rebuild it. This has included going back through the 2026 show year to date and manually recalculating points for our members.

It has been a long and time-consuming process, but our priority is making sure that when the standings are available, they are accurate and can be trusted.

We expect to have year-to-date points available for members to view by the end of September.

We also want to sincerely apologize for our lack of communication throughout this process. We recognize that our members have been waiting a long time for this information, and we should have done a better job keeping you informed along the way. We understand the frustration this has caused, and we are sorry.

Thank you for hanging in there with us and for your continued patience and support of CFHJA. We will provide another update before the end of September.

💚🌸🦊 CFHJA FAMILY, ONE OF OUR OWN NEEDS US 🦊🌸💚

We are asking our CFHJA community to come together and rally around our fellow member and board member, Jaime Gibson. 🐴

Jaime suffered a serious fall while competing at Fox Lea Farm, resulting in a broken femur. She is facing surgery and a long road to recovery, with the added financial challenges that come with a significant injury and time away from everyday life. ❤️‍🩹

Anyone who knows Jaime knows how much she gives to our equestrian community, and now it’s our turn to give back to her. 🤝💚

A GoFundMe has been set up by Heather Dayner to help Jaime and her family with medical expenses and daily living costs while she focuses on healing and getting back on her feet. 🫶

If you are able, please consider making a donation - no amount is too small. And if you aren’t able to donate, sharing the fundraiser can make just as much of a difference. 🫶

This week, some of our amazing CFHJA members are headed to 2026 USEF Pony Finals in Lexington, and we couldn't be more excited to cheer them on! 💙💛 Reaching Pony Finals is an incredible accomplishment that reflects countless hours of hard work, dedication, and teamwork. We are so proud to have you representing Central Florida on one of the biggest stages in pony competition! 🌟

🎊 A HUGE congratulations goes out to Madeline Gross, who was selected as a recipient of the prestigious USHJA Gochman Grant for USEF Pony Finals! 🏆 Madeline is one of only THREE riders in the entire country chosen to receive this incredible honor.
