Get to know the 2026 Board ⭐️
Remy grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, where she discovered her love for horses at a young age and quickly found her home in the GHJA community. She spent her early years competing locally before riding on her college IHSA team, experiences that shaped not only her riding, but her values in the sport.
After college, Remy made the decision to fully commit to pursuing her goals and continuing her education as a professional. She spent years working in every corner of the equestrian world, building a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to run strong, ethical, and successful programs. She went on to manage and teach at some of the largest facilities in the area, helping students grow from their very first ride to their first rated horse shows.
In 2022, Remy founded Bayside Equestrian with the goal of creating a program rooted in correct horsemanship, education, and respect for the horse. She is deeply passionate about developing thoughtful, confident riders who understand that true success in this sport starts with the care, partnership, and well-being of their equine partners, both in and out of the saddle. She is excited to begin her first year serving on the GHJA Board and looks forward to contributing her energy and perspective while upholding the organization’s core values and supporting its continued growth.
