Happy Tails!

When we adopted our fur baby he was named Arlo, we have since changed it to Carlito! He is doing ridiculously well!!! He is the cuddle police and loves filing paperwork with everyone! His secondary job is keeping Mr. T the turtle in line, checking in on him constantly!!! We don’t sneeze without Carlito giving the thumbs up!! He is also our personal alarm clock, courtesy of his 3 am wake-up shenanigans! If you’re a toilet paper roll, consider yourself a nemesis because Carlito will annihilate it on sight. After achieving destruction, he likes to take a victory nap! Recently, he met our vet and got initiated into the world of shots and flea and tick meds! He even made some buddies while he was there, including a dog that had him stumped!! He is definitely the apple of our eye and a cherished family member already!!! Thank you all so much for what you do for these sweet babies!!!!

Happy Tail for Lily!

I would love to share some of our adventures and stories with you!! I started fostering Lily formally known as boba over last summer and then adopted her in August. She came from a truck driver that found her on the side of the road by herself, she was only a few weeks old and very tiny. She is my diva with very strong facial expressions and opinions. She LOVES spring toys and gets the nighttime zoomies! The best thing about Lily is her tricks! She knows how to sit and play fetch. I’ll share some pictures I’ve taken in the last year.

We are so glad she has a great family. Thank you for fostering!

RJ has been at Animal Welfare for about a month now.
He is a super sweet guy, and seems to be a fan favorite amongst their volunteers.
Unfortunately him being positive for heartworms has likely deterred people from adopting him.

He has a family that is interested in adopting him, so he transferred into our care and we are going to finish his heartworm treatment so he can live a life he deserves with a family who loves him!!

Heartworm treatment is expensive, if anyone is able to/would like to make a donation towards his vet expenses, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Happy Tails!

Here are some different pictures of her! This sweet girl’s new name is Molly May and she’s been awesome! She has grown very comfortable and fond of her brother Captain. They are always together and she is constantly begging him to play! She has her favorite toy (a cow) that she carries around everywhere and has begun a new habit of finding our shoes and bringing them to us! She’s been truly amazing!

It has been orange kitty Palooza at the HSS!

Meet Froot Loop, Snap, Crackle, Pop, Cheerio, Russell and Gally!!

All of these beautiful orange babies are searching for loving forever homes!

Froot Loop is female, about a year old. She is a bit shy upon meeting new people, but quickly comes around once you take the time to make her feel comfortable!

Snap, (Crackle-ADOPTED) and Pop are about 9 weeks old. Crackle is the only girl.
They are playful, loving and very food motivated!!
They would do well in homes with other kitties and likely dogs as they are so young and impressionable!

Cheerio is also a shy female about a year in age. She loves b***y scratches and is seeking out a home that can allow her the time and patience to get comfortable!

Russell is a male, about 2 years old.
He is very outgoing and loving! We know he will make someone a fantastic companion!

ADOPTED— And last but certainly not least, Gally is about 9 weeks old and male.
He is the last of his siblings to find a home and he is also as loving and playful as ever!!

These kitties are all spayed or neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and negative for FeLV and FIV. Their adoption fees are either $30 or $55 depending on their age.

Meet Theo!!

This handsome fella is about 3 and a half months old.

Theo is as loving and playful as they come!! He has been around other cats before and would likely enjoy a playmate!

As young and impressionable as he is, we think he would be fine to live around dogs.

Theo is so beautiful and we know he will make someone an amazing furry friend!

Theo is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee is $85.
