Sales Policy & Information
Please read this policy carefully before inquiring or placing a deposit. By purchasing a rabbit from Lunar Lops Rabbitry, you agree to the terms outlined below.

GENERAL POLICY
• Adopters must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact me directly, unless you are ARBA youth breeder, 4-H, FFA with proof.
• All rabbits are first come, first serve. No deposit = no hold.
• A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve a rabbit.
• If placing half immediately is an issue, please message me privately to discuss options.
• If you cancel or back out for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
• Repeated cancellations may result in declined future sales.
• If something were to happen to your rabbit while still in my care, you will have two options:
• Choose a replacement rabbit (if available), or Receive a full refund.
• No refunds are offered after 24 hours of the rabbit leaving my care, under any circumstances. If an issue arises, please contact me promptly.
• I reserve the right of first refusal, meaning I may cancel a sale at any time. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
• Colors, show results, and breeding results are never guaranteed.
• This is a zero-tolerance rabbitry. Rude, aggressive, or unprofessional behavior will result in the sale being canceled. In such cases, only half of the deposit will be returned. Please treat others with kindness.
• Any rabbit carrying the Lunar Lops Rabbitry affix must be offered back to me at the original purchase price before being rehomed. Failure to do so may result in declined future sales.

BUNNY PRICING
• Prices are firm and non-negotiable, unless otherwise stated.
• Prices vary by type, color, gender, and overall quality.
• Typical price ranges:
• Holland Lops: 100–800$
• Occasionally, prices may fall outside these ranges, but this is situational and uncommon.

LOCAL PICKUP
• I operate a closed rabbitry. For biosecurity reasons, no pickups at my barn.
• Free meet-up location: Stillwater, OK and surrounding town.
• I am flexible if you need a bit more time past 8 weeks—just communicate with me.
• Cash is accepted at pickup. If paying via Cashapp,PayPal, payment must be sent before meeting.
• Weekend meet-ups Tulsa/OKC area may be possible within reason and will require a gas fee.
• At pickup, your bunny will come with:
• A bag of transition feed
• Pedigree (if electronic copy wasn't an option)

HEALTH & PREVENTATIVE CARE
• My entire barn follows a 3–4 month preventative schedule for:
• Mites
• Worms
• Before leaving my care, each bunny will have:
• Nails trimmed
• Ivermectin (Mite/worm prevention)
• Continuing preventative care after purchase is the buyer’s responsibility.

PEDIGREES
• Pedigrees are released only after full payment is received.
• You will receive your pedigree one time, in your chosen format.
• Available options:
• PDF (Email or Facebook)
• Paper Copy
• 5$ per pedigree if lost
• If choosing a digital pedigree, it is your responsibility to save or print it.
• I keep records for approximately 6 months and cannot guarantee replacements after that time.
