I just had a client cancellation for a long booking in August. While I’m definitely disappointed to lose the booking, I’m thankful to now have the opportunity to help another family (or two) with their pet care needs!

I am now available for housesitting from August 16th–September 18th.

Available housesitting dates:
• May 17–22
• May 24–29
• May 31–June 12
• June 30–July 8 (pending)
• July 26–August 13
• August 16–September 18th (large opening!)
• August 21–rest of the year (including holidays are open!)

drop ins are also available during most dates.

Hi everyone! I realized I haven’t updated my pricing since August 2024, so I wanted to post my current rates for Ruff Life Right Meow Pet Care. Thank you all so much for the support, referrals, and trust you’ve given me with your pets. ❤️

Current base cash pricing:

• Housesitting (your home) — $65/day
• Drop-ins (30 minute minimum) — $35 each
• Drop-ins (60 minute minimum) — $60 each
• Boarding (my home) — $55/day

I provide dependable, attentive care with lots of love, playtime, potty breaks, walks, and updates while you’re away. References are always available upon request!

🌈🐾 In Loving Memory of Lilo 🐾🌈

Today, my heart is heavy as I share the loss of yet another one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever had the privilege to care for. Lilo passed away this morning, and the hurt is fresh for so many that knew her.

Lilo wasn’t just a dog, she was family. She had the kindest soul, loudest bark, the softest spirit, and a heart full of love. Whether she was snuggled up quietly or trotting around with that signature trot of hers, she brought so much joy and calm to everyone around her. She was deeply loved by her family, and it was easy to see why, as she was truly the best girl.

It’s always an honor to care for the pets entrusted to me, but some just leave a deeper paw print on your heart, and Lilo absolutely did. I’ll miss her sweet face, her gentle energy, large presence, and all the little routines we shared during our time together.

To her family: thank you for trusting me with your precious girl. My heart is with you as you navigate this loss. Please give B & E extra love for me until I get to see them next🫶🏼

Rest gently, Lilo. You were so very loved.

🌈 In Loving Memory of Trapper aka Chopstick🐾

Today we’re remembering one of our sweetest clients, Trapper, who crossed the rainbow bridge a few days ago.💔

He brought so much joy, tail wags, barks, and unconditional love to every booking . Whether it was his barkies for walkies, gentle cuddles, or the way his ears airplaned for pets, Trapper had a way of stealing hearts instantly…especially with my niece, whom often accompanied me for a few bookings.

It was an honor to care for him for so many years and be a small part of his beautiful life. My heart is with Trapper’s family during this difficult time. 💛

Run free, sweet Traps. You will always be loved and remembered. 🐾🌈

I will always advocate for spaying and neutering your animals unless you meet very specific criteria.

1. Breeding for the betterment of the breed.
2. Both parents have been health tested and titled.
3. Homes are planned ahead of time before insemination.
4. Owner has the means to provide and a plan in place for all contingencies.

The “cycle” of unwanted pregnancies might never be resolved but why add to it? Shelters are hurting and more and more dogs are put to sleep because they cannot be housed in shelters because of space.
Why bring more puppies into the mix?

Your dog having puppies will only lead to her puppies having puppies when they get to be 4m and older.
