She's one of 4 ER cases we've taken in the last 3 days.

This 13 year old declawed girl is in need of a lot of TLC and will be looking for a quiet home who will treasure this orange girl if we can turn her health around.

She is undergoing some testing, will need to be groomed and see what course of action is needed to try to show her the world hasn't forgotten about her yet.

Almost 50/50 male and female.

To be effective when we TNR it requires a lot of time, gas money and some useful tools. Transfer traps are one of the usual tools.

We are asking for some help...

As you can see, this feral boy is all healed up, back at his home where he has food and shelter.

I'm not going to lie 2025 was a very tough year. You can look through my album to see just how painful it's been.

Thanks to my new friends at WOW and everyone at OVC, who literally performed medical miracles, I'm all healed and ready for a family.

Our Story

Watching over Whiskers was founded in 2015. We established a fund at the Community Foundation of the Ozarks where cat loving individuals can make tax deductible donations and WOW will work directly with area rescues, vets and individuals. The fund supports routine vetting to help place kitties in loving homes, as well as TNR assistance and emergency vet assistance for kitties on a case by case basis. This page has been established for everyone to follow the story of the kitties we are able to help and to help us share the word to raise funds, find fosters and forever homes!

Since our beginning we have assisted over 1350 felines and counting!
